The sentiments towards AI in the workplace have been changing over the past few years. In the early days, there was a lot of fear and uncertainty about how AI would impact jobs and the workforce. However, as AI has matured and become more widely used, people have become more optimistic about its potential benefits. A recent survey by Boston Consulting Group found that more than 50% of workers are now optimistic about AI's impact on work, up from 33% in 2018. The survey also found that people are more confident in their ability to use AI to improve their work, and that they are more likely to see AI as a way to create new jobs rather than eliminate them.
